Remind:
1.) Monitor accessories include a USB-C(Type-C) power cable and a USB-C(Type-C) monitor cable for connecting to a computer or mobile device.
If only the monitor cable is used without connecting the power cable, the monitor will function but may experience reduced screen brightness due to insufficient voltage.
To ensure adequate power supply for maintaining brightness, both the power cable and monitor cable must be used simultaneously.
2.) If your device is a MAC system, extended mode is not supported. (2 screens of the monitor displaying different images)，Windows fully supports it
What's in The Box?
Warm tips:
If the screen signal is poor or flickers, make sure you are only operating the monitor with the adapter that came with it. With other adapters, the voltage may be insufficient. If the screen still flickers, please swap the HDMI cable to test.
Please check the Type-C port of your PC/Laptop whether it supports the transmission of audio and video signals . If it doesn't, you'll need a "Type-C to HDMI" adapter for signal transmission.
If "No Signal" appears, please switch the Type-C cable head to another side and reconnect the monitor.
This portable monitor has no built-in battery, without touchscreen function,you can't charge it.you cant touch it, just connect and get started.
