Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide so wherever the day takes you, your order can come too.

Shipping Rates

United States

  • Standard Shipping: $8.95 flat rate
  • FREE Shipping on orders $50.00 and up
  • Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: $16.95 flat rate
  • FREE Shipping on orders $75.00 and up
  • Estimated Delivery: 10–21 business days

Rest of the World (International)

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination
  • FREE Shipping on orders $100.00 and up
  • Estimated Delivery: 14–28 business days

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, you'll get a tracking number sent to your email.

Orders placed on weekends or US holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get a confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as the order leaves the warehouse. If you don't see it within 5 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or hit us up at [your support email].

International Customers (Outside US/Canada)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on your country. These are NOT included in the shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. Check your local customs office for specifics before ordering.

We're not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Delays

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window. Delays can happen due to:

  • Customs processing (international)
  • Weather or carrier disruptions
  • High-volume shopping periods (holidays, sales events)
  • Address errors

If your order is significantly delayed past the estimated window, contact us and we'll look into it.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received (file a claim with the carrier)
  • Returned packages due to address errors (re-shipping fees apply)

Furniture & Oversized Items

Furniture and oversized items have separate shipping terms. See our Furniture & Oversized Item Policy for full details. These items may have:

  • Longer processing/delivery times (5–10 business days to ship)
  • Different return/damage policies (final sale unless damaged)
  • Higher shipping costs depending on size

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:

  1. Damaged: Photograph the packaging and product, then email us within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Missing: If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your carrier first. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us.

We'll work with you on a replacement, refund, or carrier claim.
