Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After 2 hours, your order may have already entered fulfillment with our supplier and cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email support@hmservices.llc immediately with your order number.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, HMSTOCK will cover return shipping and provide a full refund (including original shipping) or a replacement.
Damages reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products (including any print-on-demand apparel with custom designs or text)
- Sale items (all items purchased on sale, clearance, or with a promotional discount are FINAL SALE)
- Gift cards
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products, fragrances, and grooming items once opened)
- Intimates, swimwear, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care after delivery
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at support@hmservices.llc.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund 15 business days after we confirmed approval:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company — refunds can take additional processing time to be officially posted
- Contact your bank
- If you've completed steps 1–3 and still haven't received your refund, email us at support@hmservices.llc
