Stock Bucks Terms & Conditions

01 Definitions

The following terms have specific meanings throughout this document:

• "HMSTOCK," "we," "us," "our" means HMServices LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (Control Number 26096910, EIN 42-2285752), doing business as HMSTOCK.
• "Customer," "you," "your" means any individual with a registered account on hmstock.store who has accepted these Terms.
• "Stock Bucks" or "SB" means the non-monetary digital loyalty currency issued by HMSTOCK under these Terms. SB has no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the HMSTOCK platform.
• "Account" means your registered customer account on hmstock.store, including any associated email address, billing address, and shipping address.
• "Eligible Order" means a paid, non-refunded customer order placed on hmstock.store with a subtotal of at least $35.00 USD before any discounts, taxes, or shipping.
• "Daily Game" means the Spin Wheel, Card Flip, or any other interactive feature within the Stock Bucks platform that awards SB or other prizes.
• "Coupon Code" means a single-use discount code issued through the Stock Bucks platform as a game prize or promotional award.

02 Eligibility

Age & Capacity

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence to participate in the Stock Bucks program. By using SB, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Geographic Eligibility

The Stock Bucks program is available only to legal residents of the United States and Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec. Residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate in Daily Games or to win any prize that involves an element of chance, in accordance with applicable Quebec Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux regulations.

Ineligibility

Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of HMServices LLC, its subsidiaries, and its agents are not eligible to win cash-equivalent prizes (free products, dollar-value coupons) from Daily Games. Such individuals may earn and redeem SB for personal purchases at standard customer rates.

03 Account Requirements

Participation in the Stock Bucks program requires a registered HMSTOCK customer account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information, including your legal name, valid email address, and shipping address;
• Maintain a single (1) account per individual or household. Multiple accounts associated with the same email address, payment method, IP address, device fingerprint, shipping address, or beneficial owner are prohibited and subject to consolidation or termination at our sole discretion;
• Promptly update your account information if it changes;
• Keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for any activity conducted through your account;
• Notify us immediately at business@hmservices.com of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.

04 Earning Stock Bucks

SB may be earned through the following actions, subject to caps, eligibility, and verification:

Earning Rules

• SB is awarded only after the qualifying action is verified and, where applicable, payment is captured and not refunded.
• SB earned on a purchase that is later refunded, charged back, or canceled will be reversed from your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the reversal, the deficit will be deducted from future earnings.
• Referral SB is awarded only after the referred customer completes their first Eligible Order ($35+ subtotal) and the order is paid and not refunded for thirty (30) days.
• Social-follow and review rewards are subject to manual or automated verification. We reserve the right to reverse rewards where the underlying action is not verified or appears fraudulent.

05 Tier System & Multipliers

Your tier is determined by total lifetime SB earned (not redeemed). Tier multipliers apply to SB earned on Eligible Orders and Daily Games where indicated. Tier perks are additive to base earn rates.

Tier Rules

• Tier advancement is automatic upon reaching the lifetime SB threshold.
• Tier status is permanent: once a tier is reached, you do not lose tier status even if your current balance falls below the threshold.
• HMSTOCK reserves the right to add, remove, or modify tier thresholds, multipliers, and perks at any time with thirty (30) days' notice posted on this page.

06 Daily Games

Game Mechanics

The Stock Bucks platform includes two interactive games of chance: the Spin Wheel and the Card Flip. Each customer is granted a daily allotment of plays based on their tier (see Section 5). Plays reset at midnight Eastern Time and do not accumulate; unused plays are forfeited at the daily reset.

Fair Play & Randomization

All game outcomes are determined by a server-side cryptographic random number generator. Client-side manipulation, browser-based tampering, automated scripts, bots, or any attempt to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all SB.

Prize Categories

Daily Games may award the following prize types:

• SB Prizes: Stock Bucks credited to your account balance instantly.
• Percentage Coupons: Single-use discount codes for a percentage off your next order.
• Dollar Coupons: Single-use discount codes for a fixed dollar amount off your next order.
• Product Discounts: Single-use codes that apply only to a specific product or product category.
• Free Products: Manually-fulfilled free product awards (see Section 9).
• Nothing / Try Again: No prize awarded for that play. Daily play counter still decrements.

Win Caps

Each prize tier is subject to per-day and per-customer caps to maintain program sustainability. These caps are published in-game where applicable and may include:

• Per-day caps across all customers (e.g. maximum 1 jackpot won per 24-hour period);
• Per-customer lifetime caps (e.g. maximum 1 jackpot per customer for the lifetime of the program);
• Tier-based access restrictions (certain prize tiers may be unavailable at lower customer tiers).

Daily Game Voiding

HMSTOCK reserves the right to void any Daily Game outcome and reverse the associated prize if the outcome resulted from a system error, server malfunction, randomization failure, or detected fraud. In such cases, the customer's daily play counter will be reset and a single replay will be offered.

07 Redeeming Stock Bucks

Redemption Rate

One hundred (100) Stock Bucks equal one United States Dollar ($1.00 USD) in discount value at checkout. SB cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another account, or used outside the HMSTOCK platform.

Redemption Conditions

• Minimum order subtotal of $35.00 USD before discounts, taxes, and shipping is required to redeem any SB.
• Maximum SB redemption per order is capped at twenty percent (20%) of the order subtotal.
• SB cannot be combined with any other coupon code in the same transaction, including Daily Game coupon prizes.
• SB cannot be redeemed on gift cards, SB Bundle products, or any product designated as "SB-ineligible."
• Shipping costs, taxes, and surcharges are not eligible for SB redemption.
• Customers in Quebec, Canada may redeem SB but may not earn SB through Daily Games.

SB Bundle Purchases

HMSTOCK offers paid SB bundles ranging from $5 to $100 USD with bonus SB awarded at higher tiers. SB Bundles are non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law. Bonus SB included in bundles is awarded immediately upon successful payment.

08 Coupon Codes

Coupon codes issued through Daily Games or promotional events are subject to the following terms:

• Single use only. Each code may be used in exactly one transaction.
• Locked to the winning customer. Codes are tied to the specific customer account that won them and cannot be transferred or used by another account.
• Twenty-four (24) hour expiration. Coupon codes from Daily Games expire 24 hours after issuance unless otherwise specified at the time of award.
• No stacking. Coupon codes cannot be combined with SB redemption, other coupon codes, or active promotional discounts in the same transaction.
• No cash value. Coupon codes have no cash equivalent and cannot be refunded for cash if unused.
• Minimum order may apply. Specific coupon awards may require a minimum order subtotal, which will be communicated at the time of award.

09 Free Product Prizes

Free product prizes won through Daily Games are subject to manual fulfillment and the following terms:

• Free products must be claimed by emailing business@hmservices.com with the prize code provided at the time of win, within thirty (30) days of the win.
• HMSTOCK will confirm prize eligibility within forty-eight (48) business hours and arrange shipping to the customer's verified shipping address on file.
• Free products are shipped via standard ground shipping at no cost to the winner. Expedited shipping is available at the winner's expense.
• Free products are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or other products.
• If a won product becomes unavailable or out of stock, HMSTOCK will offer a substitute of equal or greater value, or, at our discretion, an SB credit equivalent to the product's retail value at time of award.
• Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes on free product prizes; see Section 12.

10 Caps & Limits

Annual Prize Cap

The maximum aggregate retail value of cash-equivalent prizes (including but not limited to dollar coupons, percentage coupons, and free product awards) any single customer may win from Daily Games in any calendar year is capped at five hundred ninety-nine dollars ($599.00 USD). This cap exists to keep individual prize totals below the U.S. IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting threshold. Customers who reach the annual cap will no longer be eligible to win cash-equivalent prizes for the remainder of that calendar year; however, SB earnings and bonus awards (not classified as cash-equivalent) continue without restriction. The annual cap resets at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on January 1 of each year.

Per-Account Daily Limits

Daily Games are limited per customer per 24-hour period based on tier (see Section 5). Daily limits cannot be increased through any means other than tier advancement.

Per-Transaction Redemption Cap

SB redemption is capped at 20% of order subtotal per transaction; multiple transactions in the same session do not increase this cap.

Discretionary Limits

HMSTOCK reserves the right to impose additional limits at any time, including but not limited to lifetime caps, per-tier caps, geographic caps, and per-promotion caps, in our sole discretion.

11 Expiration

Stock Bucks (the loyalty currency) do not expire while the Stock Bucks program remains active. Coupon codes issued through Daily Games and promotional events have explicit expiration periods, typically 24 hours from issuance unless otherwise stated.

In the event HMSTOCK terminates the Stock Bucks program (see Section 16), customers will be given a minimum of ninety (90) days' written notice to redeem outstanding SB balances. SB unredeemed at program termination will be forfeited without compensation.

12 Tax Liability

The customer is solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial, local, or other taxes, duties, or fees arising from the receipt of SB, coupon codes, free product prizes, or any other rewards under this program.

HMSTOCK does not provide tax advice. Customers are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional regarding the tax treatment of loyalty program awards in their jurisdiction. HMSTOCK reserves the right to issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or equivalent tax documentation in any calendar year in which a customer's aggregate prize value exceeds applicable reporting thresholds.

13 No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. The Daily Games are available to all eligible registered customers regardless of purchase history. Account registration alone qualifies a customer to participate in Daily Games subject to all other eligibility requirements herein.

SB earned through Daily Games and engagement activities (daily claim, streak bonus, email opt-in, review, social follow, referral) may be redeemed for discounts on subsequent purchases. SB Bundle purchases are optional and intended for customers who wish to accelerate their SB accumulation; the bonus SB included in Bundle purchases does not constitute consideration for entry into Daily Games.

This provision is intended to comply with applicable sweepstakes, lottery, and contest-of-chance laws in the United States and Canada.

14 Fraud, Abuse & Forfeiture

The following activities constitute prohibited conduct and will result in immediate forfeiture of all SB, voidance of all outstanding coupon codes, and permanent termination of your account:

• Operating, controlling, or benefiting from more than one (1) Stock Bucks account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, headless browsers, or any non-human means to interact with the Stock Bucks platform;
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Daily Games' randomization or outcome determination;
• Submitting false referral information, fake reviews, fabricated social follows, or any other fraudulent earning activity;
• Initiating chargebacks on Eligible Orders without first contacting HMSTOCK to resolve the underlying dispute;
• Reselling, transferring, or attempting to monetize SB, coupon codes, or prize awards outside the HMSTOCK platform;
• Using the Stock Bucks program in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, provincial, or local law;
• Any other activity that, in HMSTOCK's sole discretion, undermines the integrity, sustainability, or intended use of the program.

15 Account Termination

HMSTOCK reserves the right to suspend or terminate any customer account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, prolonged inactivity, or program-wide changes.

Customers may close their own accounts at any time by emailing business@hmservices.com. Upon voluntary account closure:

• SB balances are forfeited and not refundable for cash;
• Outstanding coupon codes become void at the time of closure;
• Pending referral rewards that have not yet been credited are canceled.

16 Modification of Terms

HMSTOCK reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, or terminate the Stock Bucks program and these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice. Material changes (including but not limited to changes to redemption rates, earn rates, eligibility requirements, or program termination) will be communicated via:

• Posting an updated version of these Terms with a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page;
• Email notification to the email address associated with your account, where reasonably practicable;
• In-platform notification within the Stock Bucks dashboard.

Continued use of the Stock Bucks program after a modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a modification, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the program and close your account.

17 Disclaimers & Liability

THE STOCK BUCKS PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HMSTOCK EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HMSTOCK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF SB, COUPON CODES, REWARDS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE STOCK BUCKS PROGRAM.

HMSTOCK'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE STOCK BUCKS PROGRAM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AGGREGATE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SB BUNDLES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

18 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Stock Bucks program shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

For customers residing in Canada, applicable provincial consumer protection statutes may apply notwithstanding the foregoing choice of law, and nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under your province of residence.
